On November 17th the Hopkinton Freedom Team in collaboration with Hopkinton Youth and Family Services and the South Asian Circle of Hopkinton (SACH) organized a free 90 minute training session led by local LGBTQ+ organization,  OUT Metrowest , called "LGBTQ+ Basics and Beyond" The workshop was geared towards adults and older teens and all from the Hopkinton community were welcome to attend! OUT Metrowest provided information about LGBTQ+ trends, clarified LGBTQ+ related terminology, highlighted gender-related topics such as proper pronoun usage, and more! They concluded the session with a question and answer session where attendees could ask any outstanding LGBTQ+ related questions they may have had.
